Four bedrooms on each floor with king (4), queen (2), and twin (4) beds, with lots of room in between. Two decks and gazebo give you and unobstructed view of peace- white sand and emerald green waves.
Vacation Rental FAQs
We want you to enjoy your time at our St. George Island vacation rental without any questions or worries on your mind. Please read through the FAQs before you book so you can enjoy a stress-free vacation.
The short answer is no. You are required to submit half of the rental rate as deposit when you make the reservation. You may cancel the reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date without forfeiting the deposit. You must submit the balance within 15 days prior to your arrival. There is also a $500 refundable cleaning deposit.

We offer a 10% discount for returning customers.
The house is furnished, including kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Linens are also provided. Island attire is shorts and flip-flops. There are a couple of spots for nightlife; dress is usually casual. There is a small grocery store with elegant cuts of meat and fresh seafood.
Lounging around and soaking up the sun is the usual pastime. But there are bike rentals, waverunner rentals, local bars and restaurants, and a playground for the kids. A few minutes away you’ll find boutique shopping in historic Apalachicola.
You should leave the house as you found it. There are county trash receptacles on the property for waste disposal. Any necessary cleaning will be deducted from your cleaning deposit, and the remainder refunded to you.

Getting to St. George Island by car
- From the west (Panama City Beach area): take US-98 East
- From the east (Tallahassee area): take US-319 South
- From the north (Atlanta area): take US-27 South or I-75 South
Using Google Maps or a similar service, you should wind up taking the Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail over the bridge and onto St. George Island.
